Individual Counseling
In my practice, I value the therapeutic relationship and work to collaborate with you to identify your needs and goals for counseling. Individual counseling can be an opportunity to build self-awareness and make changes towards healing, restoration and personal growth. Individual counseling is available in person or across a telehealth platform.
EMDR Treatment
I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. This approach does not require talking in detail about distressing or traumatic events but allows for the brain to naturally heal from unprocessed traumatic events.
